Version:           0.9.0-Beta1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.4)
OS:                Linux

The resize type 'Proportional (2-dim)' is not proportional at all. It appears to be the same as 'Non-Proportional', but has more options.

Added a patch to #206357 which fixes this problem.
