Description humufr 2006-09-29 17:05:34 UTC
Version: 1.4.3 (using KDE 3.5.4, Kubuntu Package 4:3.5.4-0ubuntu2~dapper1 )
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.15-27-686

I have a cowon iaudio u3. Amarok can open it and save on it but when I transfert music from amarok to the mp3 player, the save files are always in the root directory of the player. So I have to move them to the directory MUSIC by hand (if I'm not doing it the player can't see this files). That will be very good to change this. Another problem with this player is that is not supported by amaorok like the ipod so it's not possible to create playlist etc for this. I think it's a little bit a shame for one player who support the majority of the format especially ogg and are using mass storage ( not like the iriver stuff).

Thanks for amarok it's a great software :)

You should try to prepend /MUSIC to the Song location in the generic media device plugin settings in the 'Transfered file locations' group.
Please reopen, if this does not help.
