Description Maciej Pilichowski 2006-09-27 21:50:19 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.4)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

For example: inbox + folder A with 10 unread mails. Current folder -- inbox. The user switches to A and after a while one mail is marked as read.

I would like that it doesn't happen -- I am just reading topics, not mail itself. Mark only when user selected the mail, not the folder.

Perhaps kmail should not automatically select a message in the message list when a folder is selected, unless a message was manually selected beforehand. Even then, I'm not sure if messages should remain selected when the user changes folders.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
