Description Sputnik 2006-09-19 11:41:19 UTC
Version: 1.4.3 (using KDE KDE 3.5.4)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

On websites you often see URLs like this:
http://www.radiobremen.de/stream/live.php?welle=bremenvier&media=rm

For now Amarok can not handle these.

The URL can only be opened in a webbrowser. It is not possible to add the stream directly in Amarok.

The real URL is ofcourse:
rtsp://a1518.l2377459897.c23774.e.lr.akamaistream.net/live/D/1518/23774/v0001/reflector:59897

Wouldn't it be nice and better, if Amarok uses it's browser-integration ?

The problem isn't the redirection, it's the lack of the extension in the url
