Description Alessandro Dalvit 2006-09-14 11:48:07 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.4)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

I'd like to have a new option in the mode-changing configuration menu: IMHO it would be useful to add a "next mode" function that would cycle between the configured modes, opening a knotify (or whatever) bubble to show the new selected mode. This way you'd have to bind only one button to mode changing.

Of course this is useful only if there aren't too many modes, or you'll spend your day before reaching the one you want, but I think that on average people use only a few applications (and thus modes) via remote control.

Best regards,

Alessandro Dalvit

KDELirc will be replaced by KRemoteControl in KDE SC 4.5. This feature is implemented in KRemoteControl
