Version:           1.9.1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages

When I delete message (move into trash) or move messages it kmail doesn't respond for at least 10sec. at all. (independent of local or imap folders)
It shows the deleted message(s) cancelled out for about 10s and is frozen. there aren't particularly many messages in the folders.

The cpu usage is at 0% when kmail is frozen.

sometimes it also freezes during check of new emails.

(I am using about 7 pop mailboxes and one cashed imap folder)

I don't know what I could try to nail down the problem.
