Description Stephan Sokolow 2006-08-04 19:28:48 UTC
Version: 1.2.2 (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc (GCC) 3.4.5 (Gentoo 3.4.5-r1, ssp-3.4.5-1.0, pie-8.7.9)
OS: Linux

I'd like to request an archive mode which deletes feed entries from the archive when two conditions are met:
1. The entry is not marked important.
2. The entry is no longer in the feed XML file.

This is very similar to "disable archiving". Maybe "disable archiving" should be replaced by this. However, I don't think we need both.

An example of a feed, for which, for every new fetch, every items are duplicated:

http://www.01net.com/rss/dossiersentreprise.xml (and they even appear with the same time).

I'm under Gentoo Linux, using KDE 3.5.7 (Kontact 1.2.5, Akregator 1.2.7).

Thanks to everyone who will work on this.
