Description 2006-07-20 22:11:12 UTC
Version: 1.9.3 (using KDE 3.5.3, Mandriva Linux Cooker x86_64 - Cooker)
Compiler: Target: x86_64-mandriva-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.12-22mdk

When i double click in a message in kmail window appears that mail window.

So, when pointing the mouse to for example a link, or a mail address or other thing, the information is shown in the status bar of kmail main window when it should appear in the itself mail window.

Another thing, i dont even see in the opened mail window an option to enable/activate/appear a status bar...

Report is correct and reproducible, so setting to NEW. However, kmail is working as designed, so changing to a wishlist. Developer can mark as WONTFIX if appropriate.
