Working on the old preface that you only backup in order to restore – YAST has the ability to backup the system, however no restore functionality options exist.

Need restore functionality that allows for over right of files – restore to same directory, restore to different directory, restore file permissions.

Kdat is not developed and mantained anymore. All Kdat bugs are closed with the status "unmantained".
