At the moment when you choose Credit Card as a account type
it doesn't do much. But remember that those cards are not free.
Usualy you pay some % of debt per month. For example my is
2.68% so every month debt grows by that amount. Also cards
have minimal month payment, so it also should be used somwhere.
There is also "free" period. For example when I take money after
20th of current month and give them back before 20th of next
month I won't have to pay % of that amount.

So it is quite complicated, but hey - life is too :D.

Please at least add that % thing, so every month debt grows
by that %.
