Description Dave Johns 2006-07-06 22:30:12 UTC
Version: 3.50 (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

I am editing a single file, not a project. The file is an html and php mixture with some inline php. The editor appears to be very slow in responding to keystrokes, and I am not a fast typer. Quanta crashes completely and bombs out and just leaves the KDE crash handler report. I have read the other bugs and crashes similar to this one but they appear to be slightly different and none of them appear to have been resolved even though they say they have but this is maybe because you couldn't duplicate it.
Bug report 121280 appears to be the most similar.

The reports output is:-

System configuration startup check disabled.

Can you attach the file causing the crash?
Comment 2 Bram Schoenmakers 2007-03-03 19:20:52 UTC
I think marking it as a dupe of bug 121280 is the best we can do at the moment. There's still no test case to reproduce it.
