Description fcardone 2006-06-20 12:52:55 UTC
Version: 1.4.1-beta1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.3)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux

With amarok 1.4.1-beta1 the screen layout has changed and now the song information, suggested songs, etc are shown on top of the playlist. There is no space to show all the information and one would have to keep scrolling up and down. Whatever reasons you might have had to change amarok, could we please have an option (even during compile) to keep the old layout? Before we could see everything at once and now it's no longer possible.

There used to be a button to access directly the "suggested songs" playlist, once called party mode. This was taken away some time ago. Could we have it back? Those who don't want it can simply take it out, but why simply remove a feature and not give an option to the user?

Thanks...
