Just completed an upgrade from SuSE 9.3 to SuSE 10.1.  Using KDE for both, 9.3 was updated to 3.5.1 prior to the system upgrade.

Upon initial installation, Kontact would not start with references to problems with KXMLGUI.  After performing an update to KDE 3.5.3, that resolved that problem.

However, Kontact is still crashing regularly.  I have managed to get it started by manually starting both Korganizer and Kmail separately, then start Kontact (then I can close the separate Korganizer and Kmail windows and work within Kontact).  About 50% of the time it is crashing on exit as well.
