Hi!
there are 2 options in the RMB menu:
open: the file with the application
view: shows the source code.

IMHO the "view" should be change to "view source code" conforming to the wording in other menus. (notably kmail itself and konqueror)

IMHO "view" is what a user wants when he/she clicks on the document, but not "view source code"

It's more like "View with Internal Viewer". Viewing text files or images works. Viewing other files like PDFs does not work. The option should probably only be enabled for attachments we know we can display with the internal viewer.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
