Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.2) Installed from: SuSE RPMs Showing all ".*" directories is useful, but on the other hand when there are a lot of such directories just scrolling down to get to the "proper" directories is annoying. Please add an option for getting advantages from both worlds -- I imagine the extra pseudo-dir (the icon could be different color, plus "+" sign on it") with label ".*". When you "enter" such directory, all ".*" directories will show up. When you "enter" it again, they dissapear. It would be very similar to classic tree widget, however with everything adjusted to left margin.
You can use the "Show Hidden Files" setting and its shortcut. Isn't this almost the same?
