Version:           1.3.9 (using KDE 3.5.2-1.2.fc4.kde, Fedora Core release 4 (Stentz))
Compiler:          Target: i386-redhat-linux
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.14-1.1644_FC4smp

This is another problem related to "fill tags using musicbrainz".

I does not work. The button grays out and nothing happens. That's not what I'm reporting.

After that, my CPU goes to 50% and stays there. Amarok is using lots of cpu even when it's not playing music at all. This behavior is repeatable.
   0) cpu at 0%-1%
   1) edit track information
   2) pess fill tags using musicbrainz
   3) cancel dialog
   4) cpu at 40%-50%

using tunepimp 0.4.2?

It's broken, downgrade to 0.4.1

Tunepímp bugs. Should be fixed in newer tunepimp versions.

When I ask amarok to fill ID3 tags from MusicBrainz, my two processors (athlon64 3800+x2)  work at 100% with no results : the tags don't fill and the mouse icon keep busy but I can continue to hear music.  Ubuntu 6.06, AMD64.


In the xterm, I have the numerous messages : 
amarok: Status is: 1
amarok: Status is: 1
amarok: Status is: 1
amarok: Status is: 1
amarok: Status is: 1

Please can you help me.

My ubuntu is uptodated.

I don't understand. Musicbrainz whorked with mandriva 2006

which version of amarok is not bugged to fill id tags?

Best option is last Amarok version with tunepimp 0.5.X.
