Description Dik Takken 2006-05-14 15:32:06 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
OS: Linux

Try the following scenario:

* Pick a directory structure, no matter what.
* Create an archive from it, using the Konqueror RMB menu
* Update some files in the directory structure
* Update the archive, byt re-creating it

What happens is that the directory structure is *added* to the old archive, so the archive contains two versions ofthe same directory structure, both having the same name.

Expected behavior: Ark should ask to replace the existing archive, or add the files to the existing archive.

Yes you are right, i don't know though how easily this can be done (hint: we need patches :P)
