Description Heinz Ulrich Stille 2006-05-13 21:54:50 UTC
Version: 1.9.1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

I have KMail configured to automatically expunge, but this does not happen when I change to some other folder while KMail is still deleting. Moving the messages to trash and marking them as deleted is completed, and they are expunged when I return to that folder, but until then they still physically reside there.
What's more, when KMail next checks for new messages, deleted unread messages are counted too.

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
