What is:
When you select the "not act on new messages in this folder" (local folder, used to store POP3 messages, eg. all spam), and change some settings - for example add an IMAP account, the "not act" option is forgotten.

What should be:
Kmail should remember the option.

Only happens after a crash (=data corruption on disk). And this has been very recently improved.
