Hi,

I'm Kopete's user and I think that could be fun the possibility to move users from one group to another by dragging it.

For example, in Akregator you can move the feeds by dragging them, but you can't do it with Kopete's contacts.

Good, consider it and thanks!

you can do this already. Just click and drag the contact to the new folder you want them to be in.

Yes, I've just seen it. But, will not be more useful the possibility to can drag the contact into the grup, not into the TITLE group?

I think that's more useful to can drag to all the group, not only into the title.

Thanks

If you drop the contact on another contact, how are we supposed to know that you don't want to merge the two contacts?

I think that there's a problem with the current way of drag'n dropping: you can't drag a contact from a group to the top group(which doesn't have name).

Fixed in trunk (SVN commit 946606) will be in KDE 4.3
