Description Torquil Macdonald Sørensen 2006-05-05 13:21:31 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

Hello

With both gstreamer and xine output engines, the sound volume decreases significantly when I enable the equalizer, even though all the equaliser sliders are in neutral position.

Best regards,
TMS

Invalid: Missing version
Comment 2 Scott R. Godin 2006-07-11 17:37:56 UTC
confirm this bug exists for xine-engine and helix-engine on Fedora Core 5 , amarok version amarok-1.4.1-2.fc5

volume with pre-amp maxed while EQ is on and zeroed out, is still lower than without EQ activated.
Comment 3 richlv 2006-07-12 14:47:44 UTC
also reproducible with svn rev 561498
Comment 4 Torquil Macdonald Sørensen 2006-10-08 23:26:59 UTC
I guess this bug report was closed since I forgot to specify my Amarok version, so I am reopening it now. My amarok version is now 1.4.3, using KDE3.5.5, on Debian Sid. I don't know if this is still a problem with the gstreamer output engine, since I don't have access to it anymore (it has been removed from Debian)

Best regards,
TMS
