Description gmud 2006-05-05 10:35:55 UTC
Version: 2.5.2 (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
OS: Linux

(I use focus-follows-click, default)

When using the text search in kate (CTRL-F) the focus is not given back to the editor after a match has been found and the search dialog has been closed. The edit-part should gain focus after the search has been finished and the matched text has been selected.

Perhaps this is a multihead (non-xinerama) issue. I just noticed that the focus is given to another screens app.

This is indeed a multi-head problem, I'm seeing it here all the time.
