When changing the order of the items contained in the listbox of the Operations, attributes and templates menu, those changes are automatically applied without the user having to press the "apply" or "ok" button. It seems that the changes are applied by the action itself instead of needing a confirmation.

What is expected from these kinds of UIs is that the changes are only applied after the user presses the "OK" or "apply" button.
