OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.15-21-amd64-generic

When closing an application and it pops up a dialog to ask for confirmation to save modified files after a while kwin brings up the unresponsive application dialog.

How to reproduce:
1) Start kate
2) Type some characters
3) Close kate using the window decoration
4) The dialog that asks whether to save or abort shows up
5) Wait a few seconds
6) kwin pops up a dialog suggesting that the application is frozen and asks
   to terminate it

FWIW, I can't reproduce this with 3.5 branch r531801 on FreeBSD

Yeah, I can duplicate this on Gentoo.
