Description Raúl 2006-04-18 20:37:47 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

I have several mail folders with longer names that the folder panel can show. In this case, kmail shorten its name and then finally add '...'. For example: folder name debian-embedded, name shown debian...

I have the "Total column" and the "Unread column"->"Show after folder name" selected in the "View" menu. (Quoting is approximated since I'm seeing the Spanish version)

Once I put the mouse pointer on any contracted name folder I would like to see a popup that showed the whole folder name as for example, once you put the mouse on the disk icon in the toobar I can see a popup "Save as".

This feature is quite interesting IMHO, as could also be found in other mail clients as Thunderbird.

If you need further info don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.

I'm willing to retest. Unfortunately, it'd take a while to be able to run kmail2. Meanwhile, I'd appreciate if anyone could check this.
