Reproducibility: Always

Steps to reproduce:
1. In the message list pane, select several messages with Ctrl+click or Shift+click.  You need to select more messages than can fit in the composer window's attachment pane without prompting a vertical scrollbar.
2. Message->Forward->As Attachment…

Observed behaviour:
1. A Composer window pops up.  The attachment pane lists the messages you selected to be forwarded.  Since there are too many attachments to list, there is a scrollbar.  However, there is also a checkbox in the upper right-hand corner of the attachment pane.  It is active (you can check or uncheck it) but it seems to serve no purpose.

I can reproduce. But if you scroll it "out" of the visible portion of the structure view, it disappears.
