Version:           0.12 svn (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
OS:                Linux

If I choose a file for the global identity with an Umlaut in the filename, the Umlaut is displayed correctly in the path within the dialogue. e.g. ä. If I press OK the photo is missing in the chat-window, i.e. cannot be found/displayed.

If I re-open the photo-dialogue the Umlauts have been changed in the path to %C3%A4 (for ä). If I click OK again with this path, without actually changing anything, the photo is found again in the chat-window.
