KNode has a "Forward by Email…" command, but it always forwards the article inline, and furthermore doesn't forward an exact copy of the article as it strips most of the headers (see Bug 32535).  Please introduce a command that allows articles to be forwarded as e-mail attachments with the MIME Content-Type message/news.
