Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.1) Installed from: SuSE RPMs I have panel only with icons /big icons -- 64, vertical, left-edge, centered, panel size auto-adjustable/. When I try to configure panel, i.e. change the order of the icons it appears it is almost impossible -- for example, I cannot move KDE menu at all. Let's say I have such icons /counting from bottom/, A, B, C, D. When I try to move down A, B moves --> B A C D. Then I try to move A again, C moves! B C A D. Other time when I try to move an icon, the shadow rectangle appears, I move icon 20 pixels, the rectangle shows up 100 pixels away. In other words -- it's total chaos, it is even hard to describe what is going on -- I move icon down, it goes up. No logic, no predictable behavior.
please attach your kickerrc to this bug report so i can perhaps replicate the problem. thank you.

Done. There is also kicker_menubarpanelrc file.
your kickerrc is pretty much completely messed up. can you please attach childpanel_panelextension_pmrr24vyszh975d4rcl1_rc as well, which i assume is the centered panel on the left you mention... thank you

All was done with normal KDE clicking, dragging, etc. > can you please attach childpanel_panelextension_pmrr24vyszh975d4rcl1_rc as > well, Done. > which i assume is the centered panel on the left you mention... Yes, that's correct. Thank you for your help.
Kicker is no more mantained and developed. All kcontrol related bugs to the old KDE 3 panel has been closed. Bugs and valid wishes applicable to KDE 4 has been added to a list. Regards.
