If I compose a message and add an attachment to it, it is not possible
to change the (file) name of this attachment during further composing.
In contrast, KMail has this feature.  I'd like to see this in KNode,
too.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug.
