Description LuRan 2006-03-06 05:43:56 UTC
Version: svn snapshot from 3.5 branch (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
Compiler: gcc 4.1.0
OS: Linux

I've encounted a html file encoded in sjis, and khtml cannot interpret some of its links correctly. I will upload the file and give a detailed description, but there is something strange I'd like to mention, 1) when I open the source file with kwrite and change the encoding to sjis, I can see all the links are correctly converted. 2) if I save the file to some other encodings: eucjp, jis7, gb18030, all the links are correct in khtml.

start from line 280 to line 335 in the source file, these links are not
correct, for example, (I don't know if you could see the difference;), it
should give a
"file:///home/hooey/video/fate/FateSce/凛ルート三日目-00.html"
instead of a
"file:///home/hooey/video/fate/FateSce/蜃帙Ν繝シ繝井ク画律逶ョ-00.html"

in line 280.
