Hello,

this is a very small bug but nevertheless I recognized it: I have an email where a contact photo normally is displayed on top when KMail identifies the sender. This works perfectly when you click on the specific email but when KMail is starting and the email is the current item then no picture is displayed. After changing the current email once, it works as expected. I think its just a slot which you have to call on application startup or whatever.

Nice application anyway!
