Please you send a detailed problem report on http://bugs.kde.org. The message remains in the post office exit, until you eliminated either the problem (e.g. wrong address) or the message from the post office exit to remove. Following transportation minutes were used: Uta Mail

That please absolutely send from 8-bits messages permit. Each Mailserver permits content transfer encoding: 8-bit. The barrier from KMail remove.
