Description Thomas Bettler 2006-02-22 00:20:24 UTC
Version: 0.8.1 (using KDE 3.5.1, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.4.4 (Gentoo 3.4.4-r1, ssp-3.4.4-1.0, pie-8.7.8)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.15-gentoo-r2

It would be great if KIPI-Plugins would also be available as buttons for the toolbar.
i.e. the slideshow would help a lot for doing a presentation while navigating with the mouse.

Thank you a lot anyway for providing the cool app. I like it.

To all kipi-plugins developpers,

this is an old wish this can be solved to port all plugins to XML gui toolkit from KDE api. digiKam image editor is based on this since a very long time a work perfectly...

This require of course to fix all plugins, libkipi, and all kipi hosts.

This can be only done for KDE4.

What do you think about ?

Accordingly to GoSC 2012 project, managed by Victor Dodon, this will be implementation for next digiKam SC 3.0.0, including libkipi 2.0.0.
