Description F Reifenstahl 2006-02-14 10:13:50 UTC
Version: 3.5 (using KDE 3.5.1 Level "a" , SUSE 10.0 UNSUPPORTED)
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.13-15.8-default

A problem since about KDE 3.4: define a periodic task every three months on 1st monday of the concerning month. When it has become red, on clicking the done box in the task list the task entry looses it's red background, but it doesn't vanish in any view from day to week and arbitrary period. (BTW: tasks are not visible in month view, is that o.k.? Or a new bug entry?)

I've noticed a similar bug, too

* Define a periodic task, e.g. each 10. day of the month
* After reaching the start date of the first occurrance, mark it as done (100%)

-> The date of the occurance changes to next possible value. That's ok
-> The task shows up on the next possible occurrance. That's ok, too

In the actual week overview the task is shown in red, as if it has to be done now. On the other hand, the details regarding the next occurance date are correct.

After having discovered another display problem (see #42899) related to recurrent appointments that seems to be a general structural problem belonging recurrence.

Workaround for this one: in the appointments setup dialogue remove recurrence tag (keep recurrence rule in mind ;), take over that change and set appointment recurrent again (don't forget to set remembered rule ;)

Reassigning all KOrganizer bug reports and wishes to the newly created
korganizer-devel mailing list.

Done tasks should be shown.
Use a filter if you want to hide them.

They are. Try kde4.
