Description Carsten Schlipf 2006-02-10 11:14:54 UTC
Version: 1.9.1 (using KDE 3.5.1 Level "a" , SUSE 10.0 UNSUPPORTED)
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.13-15.7-default

SYMPTOM:

Personal address book is not shown using in the list that is shown, when you click on the 'Select' button in a composer window.

HOW TO REPRODUCE:

- Start kmail
- Make sure that the system tray notification is enabled.
- Close kmail
- Start kmail
- Open the composer
- Click on Select

I suspect that this also happens if another instance of the kmail process is running in the background.

Update: This also seems to occur at the second time you open a composer, if it worked for the first time.

I downgraded to KDE 3.4.3 and the problem is gone.

Since #121337 got fixed, this is also fixed. Closing it.
