Description Frans Englich 2006-02-07 18:36:22 UTC
Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources

When parsing XHTML(XML), KHTML accepts invalid XML. The following document must not render:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
<x:html xmlns:x="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
        <x:head>
        </x:head>
        <x:body>
                </x:p>
        </x:body>
</x:html>

Opera build 751 as well as Firefox 1.0 are conformant on this test case.

I will attach above snippet as a test case.

Cheers,
Frans
