Description joao 2006-01-18 01:00:36 UTC
Version: 0.10 (using KDE 3.5.0 Level "a" , SUSE 10.0 UNSUPPORTED)
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.13-15.7-default

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Edit your Identity information and blank the "Name" field, thus keeping only the "Email address".
  2. Post an article to any newsgroup
  3. Try to cancel the article posted

Result: KNode does not allow you to cancel. It says that it wasn't you who posted the article.

Expected result: Posting articles with just an Email address in the From field is acceptable, and a lot of articles in the Usenet are like that. KNode should allow to cancel that type of articles.
