Description Wim Delvaux 2006-01-15 19:10:58 UTC
Version: 1.3.1 (using KDE KDE 3.4.3)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I have checked the bug list for this and verified all 'remedies' specified therein. However still does not work.

I previously used xmms and assigned multimedia desktop keys to it. They worked just fine.
Now I want to switch to amarok and I have assigned the keys to the appropriate global shortcuts. However non of the special F-Keys seem to work. The old Win+x work.

I presume that somebody is still grabbing those keys however I cannot find who ? Suggestion was KHotKeys but that seems to have no definition for my F-Keys (only XMMS had it)

Suggestions ?

This is not an amarok bug. In addition, this should have been addressed by ubuntu edgy's unified key handling.
