Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.0)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc (GCC) 4.0.2 (Gentoo 4.0.2-r3, pie-8.7.8) 
OS:                Linux

1. In Control Center in file associations, set the action for text files (text/plain, or the whole text group) to show them in embedded viewer.
2. Open some text file in Konqueror over HTTP connection, e.g. http://images.slashdot.org/base.css .
3. Try to save it: Location->Save As...

The contents of the file disappears, and nothing is saved.

It looks like the server replies with "HTTP/1.1 304 Not Modified", and doesn't send the file again. Could that be a problem?
