Description Jens 2006-01-10 15:58:56 UTC
Version: 3.5 (using KDE 3.5.0 Level "a" , SUSE 10.0 UNSUPPORTED)
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.13-15.7-default

Hi,

Using the new system:/ ioslave which (also) points to a lot of local directories, it seems not possible to change things like the directory icon and other things that are specified in the .directory file from within the directory. Using the path directly (/home/foo/MyDir instead of system:/home/MyDir), this works fine.

It might be that these settings are ignored because the "ioslave URI" is not internally converted to a local directory.

Jens
