Description Alex W 2006-01-02 19:16:07 UTC
Version: unknown (using KDE 3.5.0, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.4.4 (Gentoo Hardened 3.4.4-r1, ssp-3.4.4-1.0, pie-8.7.8)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.14-gentoo-r5

Folder properties for IMAP folders (not tested other types) are not often saved over sessions.

Specifically 'Act on New/Unread mail in this folder' and the two properties below it.

I have tried both closing KDE and closing Kontact first, and the settings are not saved consistently.

This only happens to me after a KMail or Kontact crash.

Since version 1.9.1 sometimes I open Kmail and local folders created by me have loose their properties (icon, default identity, mail-list email...), so I have to set them again.

So this bug occurs not only with IMAP folders, but with any folder too.

Cannot confirm. Is this still a problem in a recent kmail version?
