Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.0) Installed from: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux My weekly recurring events that I've entered for the month of January, are popping up with reminders on those days in the month of December. I've checked everything I can think of, but the dates and times are correct. I can't figure out why they are doing this aside from being a bug. I have my class schedule put in. Each weekday has at least one event. They all begin January 9th 2006, and end in May 2006. Throughout the month of December 2005, they have been popping up as reminders as I have them set to remind me one hour ahead of the scheduled time.
I am having the same problem as well.
I can confirm a similar problem with recurring events (weekly, 2 weekly and monthly) where I get the alarms way (about one week) too early.
I think I'm having the same problem, but just to be clear: are you saying that a reminder is triggered according to its recurrence schedule, even though the date and time specified in the "General" tab (i.e. the date and time of the *first* occurrence) are in the future? That seems to be what I'm observing (I'm using KDE 3.5.4 on Debian/Etch). If that's not what you're observing, then I'm experiencing a different bug, and I'll file a separate bug report.

I can't reproduce this, for me its working fine in 4.1.86. Can anyone retest?
Closing as it's working for me and no feedback from users in 4 months. Reopen if it happens in KDE4.2>=
