Version:           1.2dev (using KDE 3.4.3, Kubuntu Package 4:3.4.3-0ubuntu1 )
Compiler:          Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.12-10-386

i set maximum upload limit to 15 kB/sec but i'm sending at 30kB/sec continuous. I tried to lower limits still more (2kB/sec) with the same result, 30kB/sec... so my connection gets congested.

I have 2 torrents actives with 20 peers each one
