(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: kghostview Version: (KDE 1.94 >= 20000911) Severity: wishlist $subj This is the feature I very miss...

Technically, this is NOT a duplicate of bug 11825. This bug dealt with kghostview, bug 11825 deals with KHTML. kghostview is used to display (and print) PostScript files. KHTML can render, display and print HTML. For kghostview it is technically nearly impossible to print a "selection" other than complete pages (and for a selective printing of complete pages, the PostScript file itself must be compliant to the DSC specification -- and by far not all PS files fullfill this requirement). I'm not aware of any PostScript processing software on any platform that could do that. For KHTML however, this wish is suitable...
Since "print selected text" is impossible to implement for PostScript files, change to WONTFIX instead of DUPLICATE.
