I have the following problem with the KDE system tray:

1) I launch some app - like amarok for example; its tray icon becomes visible in the system tray in kicker
2) Now I press the right mouse button over the icon
3) Now 2 scenarios can happen:

   a) a menu is shown; its initial position is like this: my mouse cursor is in the right-hand corner of the menu
   b) a menu is shown; its position is different than in a) - it is shown lower and more to the right, so that my cursor highlights some random option in the menu


I have no idea why sometmes I get a) and sometimes I get b) (it's the same menu).

a) is not a problem.

b) is the problem because if I right click on the icon, the menu appears and AUTOMATICALLY SELECTS the option that happens to be highlighted just when I release the click (it all takes like 0,5 second).

It's extremely irritating. What I do is I press the right mouse button and hold it all the time to get rid of this unwanted behaviour.
