Description Sebastian Reitenbach 2005-12-09 14:49:19 UTC
Version: 3.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.0)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

I have a allnet all7950 sip phone. For the initial configuration via web interface I have to connect to
http://ip_of_telephone:9999

then an authorization window pops up, asking for for username and password. That is the ordinary window just like .htaccss protected sites have.

for the initial configuration i have to leave the password and username fields blank. This does work with firefox, but i am unable to log in with konqueror.

also after setting the password with an other browser, no access to the allnet phone. how do I rename the bug report?

new name: unable to access allnet all7950 sip phone with konqueror

Can you get a packet dump of the attempted access to the site?

tcpdump output of connection

read the dump with command:
tcpdump -n -r allnet.out -s 0 -X | less
or other parameters
username: blahblah, password: 123456

blank credentials should be fine in current versions...
