Description Bryan Burns 2005-12-09 05:26:57 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.1)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.6 (Gentoo 3.3.6, ssp-3.3.6-1.0, pie-8.7.8)
OS: Linux

I recently moved all of my mp3 files off to a samba file server that is then mounted on my machine. Since I moved the files, all of the id3 tags are no longer read in and every column is empty. The id3 tags worked fine when they were actually local files.

I tried loading them in XMMS and the info is properly displayed.

taglib is 1.4.0

This is a bug in samba. See the notes in the duplicate bug.
