When viewing an E-Mail's source (using the "View Source" option), not only header keywords get highlighted, but also body lines, when the first words ends with a colon.

Example (words that KMail highlights are encircled by <b></b> tags):

<b>From:</b> test@test.com
<b>To:</b> test@test.com
<b>Subject:</b> Test
<b>Date:</b> Thu, 1 Dec 2005 19:00:35 +0100
[...]
<b>X-KMail-MDN-Sent:</b>

<b>interesting:</b> ...


Obviously "interesting" should not be highlighted, since it isn't a header keyword.
