I use korganiser with the exchange plugin.
It works fine!
The question is : how can I synchronise this with my handheld using kpilot?
This is how I do it currently : 
- step one : export the exchange calendar as icalendar.
- step two : tell kpilot to use the exported file.
It works but something more simple should be possible.

Have you tried this with a recent kpilot?  Kpilot now has an akonadi conduit that should make it much easier to synchronize kontacts from any source with your palm device.

kpilot isn't part of kdepim anymore.
I don't think it's maintained by anyone
